Check and see if the service that you’re interested in requires a consultation. Consultations are free, quick, and ensure that your hair goals can be created in a healthy, manageable matter.

For coloring and blonding services:

Come in with hair washed no more than one to two days prior to service. This ensures that your hair is relatively clean, but your scalp is protected with its natural oils for a more enjoyable service.

For special event styles:

Come in with hair washed a day prior to your service. Hair that is excessively dirty will require a blowout added to your service and requires more time.

After Your Service...

For coloring and blonding services:

Ensure the longevity and purity of the color that you received by using appropriate color safe products and heat protectants in your hair. The less heat used on your hair, the longer your color will last.

For keratin treatments:

To maximize the lifespan of the keratin treatment in your hair, use the appropriate shampoo recommended by your stylist.

For hair extensions:

Use gentle tools designed for protecting your hair and your extensions, such as satin pillowcases, heat protectants, and styling brushes designed for hair pieces.

How soon should I rebook?

Hair Cuts	Every 3-6 weeks for short hair	Every 8-12 weeks for long hair
Hair Color	Every 4-6 weeks for root touch ups	Every 4-8 weeks for color refresh/toner
Blonding	Every 4 weeks for highlights	Every 6-12 weeks for balayages
Hair Extensions	Every 6-8 weeks for tape-in or hand-tied maintenance	Every 3-4 months for keratin fusion maintenance
